+ Childcare Policies

Each child in the kid's room must have a reserved appointment prior to class. No walk-ins will be accepted. The childcare room can accommodate only a set number of kiddos.

All parents must sign and complete the childcare liability waiver before leaving children.

PLNK accepts children ages 3mos-10yrs.

All children must be registered in advance and signed in before class begins.

Please bring your child directly to the childcare room before starting your class.

Please do not drop off your child until 5 minutes before class starts.

Please pick up your child no later than 5 minutes after class ends.

Children are not allowed in the gym workout area before, after or during class.

Children are not permitted to play on or near equipment and will be asked to leave if they do so.

Children will be released ONLY to the person who dropped them off.

Please bring your child freshly diapered. Diapers will NOT be changed by the childcare staff. If your child requires a diaper change or assistance in the bathroom, you will be asked to leave class to change/assist your child.

Sick children are not permitted in the childcare room.

PLNK is not responsible for any personal belongings.

Disruptive or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. In these circumstances, parents will be notified immediately and will be asked to remove their child from the childcare room with no refund for class fees.

If a child is inconsolable, parents will not be allowed to leave the child in the childcare room or if a child becomes inconsolable parents will be asked to remove the child from the childcare room with no refund for class fees.

Medications will not be administered by the childcare staff.

Absolutely no food or drink of any kind is allowed in the childcare room. NO exceptions.
