Lagree is low impact, similar to Pilates, but incredibly high-intensity. Handles, holes, bungee cords, and cables offer endless possibilities. The moving platform and resistance springs create continuous tension and demand constant engagement of your core. Don’t worry, our certified instructors will teach you how to use it confidently and you’ll be a pro in no time.
Our studio has 14 Megaformers, so class sizes are always small. You get a machine all to yourself which is thoroughly disinfected between sessions.
